Deploy with Git

The Git configuration card under Environments applies to the environment selected in the card above.

  1. Turn on Git deployment.
  2. Fill in Repository (SSH address), for example git@github.com:company/repo.git, and Branch, for example main. Click Save.
  3. When the setup is finished, the SSH public key appears. Add it as a key with read access to the repository on GitHub, Bitbucket or similar.
  4. Add the Deployment webhook as a webhook in the repository. A new release is then deployed automatically every time someone pushes to the branch.

Git pull fetches the latest code and deploys a new release right away. The job cannot be cancelled. On container hosting, the container is rebuilt, and the new version takes over once it responds as it should.
