Web hosting
- The web hosting listUnder Web hosting in the menu, you see all of the company's web hosting accounts. The list shows the name, status, primary domain and which server each account is on.
- The three types of web hostingThe three types of web hosting – web hosting in the Digiserv control panel.
- Order a new web hosting accountClick New web hosting in the list, or go straight to Create new web hosting. The wizard has three or four steps.
- The details page and tabsAt the top of the details page, you see the name, type and status of the web hosting account, and a button that opens the website on the primary domain.

- Copy data between environmentsWhen the web hosting account has staging, Environments shows the card Copy data between the environments. The arrows show the direction.
- Switch releaseEvery deployment creates a new release. In the Releases card under Environments, you can see which one is active, and you can go back to an older one.
- Deploy with GitThe Git configuration card under Environments applies to the environment selected in the card above.
- Domains and primary domainA domain is connected to the web hosting account from the domain page: open the domain under Domains, and choose Connect … to a web hosting account in the card What should the domain be used for?.
- SSL and your own certificatesThe SSL tab controls HTTPS for each domain in production.
- RedirectsUnder Redirects, you redirect addresses on the website, per environment.
- BackupAll production environments are backed up automatically once a day. The backup includes both files and database.
- StatisticsStatistics – web hosting in the Digiserv control panel.
- Operations: storage, maintenance and terminalThe Operations tab brings together the tools for day-to-day operations.
- SettingsThe Settings tab has the options for the selected environment. Changes take effect when you click Save at the bottom.
- Give others accessThe Shared with card under Settings gives others access to the web hosting account without them joining the company, for example a contract developer.
