Remote support
If you have a managed workstations agreement, you don't need to download anything – just approve our request when it pops up. For all other customers: use Quick Connect below, and we'll be up and running in seconds.

- 2 Click the blue “Connect” button.
- 3 Run the file that downloads – then everything is ready, and the technician can connect.
We only connect when we've agreed to it with you. We usually talk with you on the phone while we work remotely.
