- Click OK.
In Outlook on the web
- Go to outlook.office.com and sign in.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner, then View all Outlook settings.
- Select Mail and Compose and reply.

In the Outlook mobile app
- Tap the profile icon and then the gear icon.
- Select your email account and tap Signature.
- Write the signature and tap the checkmark to save.
What should the signature include?
Name, title, company, phone number, email address and website. A logo, address and links to social media are optional. Keep the signature short, avoid large images and tables, and test it by sending an email to yourself and checking it on both your phone and your PC.
