Microsoft 365 for nonprofits

Microsoft offers heavily discounted licenses, and in many cases free products, to approved nonprofit organizations. This includes Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Teams and SharePoint. The organization must submit the application itself. We help with the rest.

Who can apply?

  • Registered voluntary organizations
  • Foundations and other nonprofit organizations
  • Religious organizations, in some cases

Political parties, government bodies and commercial businesses don't qualify.

How to apply

  1. Go to nonprofit.microsoft.com and follow the wizard. You need to document that the organization is a nonprofit, for example with your organization number and bylaws.
  2. Wait for a response from Microsoft. It usually takes a few business days, and you'll be notified by email.
  3. Let us know when the application is approved. We'll then look at which offers and license types apply to you specifically.
  4. We purchase, activate and set up the licenses. This is billed by the hour or covered by a support agreement.
