Forgot your password

There's no “forgot password” link for your email account. The password is stored encrypted with us and can't be retrieved, not even by us. The only option is to create a new one.

Contact your administrator, the person at your company who manages the email accounts in the control panel. Your administrator creates a new password in under a minute and gives it to you. The steps are under Accounts in the control panel guide.
