Rules you may run into

• The domain itself cannot be an alias (CNAME). Use CNAME on a subdomain, for example www.
• An alias (CNAME) cannot exist alongside other records on the same name.
• The _domainconnect record on the domain itself is managed by the system and cannot be changed.
• The time to live must be a whole number.

If you cannot get a change to work, check that the name, type and value are entered exactly, that you have not entered the full domain name in Name, and that the domain uses our name servers.
