Edit a user

Click the user in the list. You can change First name, Last name, Phone and Norid P.ID, and click Save.

The drawer for a user with profile and security

Under Security, you can see whether two-factor is on. Each user sets up two-factor and their password themselves under My profile. You cannot change a colleague's password. If your colleague has forgotten it, they use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. See My account.
