- Finding your way aroundClick your name at the top right to open My profile.
- Contact detailsUnder Contact details on the Profile tab, you change your name and phone number. They're shown in the control panel and in email from us.
- Appearance and languageUnder Appearance and language, you choose a Light or Dark theme, and Norsk or English. Your choice is saved right away and applies on every device you sign in from.
- Change passwordChanging your password in the control panel, explained step by step with screenshots.
- Turn on two-factor authenticationWith two-factor authentication, you enter a one-time code from an authenticator app in addition to your password when you sign in.
- Recovery codesWhen you turn on two-factor, you get 10 recovery codes. If you lose your phone, you can sign in with one of them instead of the one-time code.
- Turn off two-factorClick Disable 2FA on the Security tab and confirm with Disable. Your recovery codes are deleted at the same time. We recommend leaving two-factor on.
- Link or unlink your Microsoft accountOn the Security tab, you link your Microsoft work account to your user, so you can sign in with Microsoft. There you also see when it was last used, and can unlink it.
