Getting started
- Log inYou log in with your email address as the username and your password. Check Remember me if you don't want to log in every time on this computer.
- Sign in with MicrosoftIf your company has sign-in with Microsoft, you sign in with your Microsoft 365 work account. The first time, you link it to your user. Here's how, and what to do when it doesn't work.
- The overviewAfter logging in, you come to Overview. At the top is the company you're working for, under You are working as.
- The menuThe menu – getting started in Digiserv's control panel.
- Switch companyEverything you see and order applies to the company shown at the top of the menu under Active company. If you're linked to several companies, you can switch between them.
- Quick searchThe Search or jump to… field at the top of the page is a shortcut to all the pages you have access to.
- Language and themeLanguage and theme – getting started in Digiserv's control panel.
- Help, tour and user guideThe Help button at the top of the page starts the control panel tour and takes you to the guide for the page you're on.
- Old panelOld panel at the bottom of the menu takes you to the previous version of the control panel. Your choice is remembered, so you'll land there next time you log in too.
- My profile and logging outYour name at the top right opens My profile, where you change your contact information, password and two-factor authentication. See My account.
