What the statuses mean
Each part of the order has its own status on the order page:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Processing | We are working on it. A new domain usually takes a few minutes. |
| Delivered | The service is ready. You find the domain under Domains, the email under Email. |
| Being followed up | Something needs to be followed up by us. We will contact you if needed. You do not need to do anything. |
| Not available | The domain name turned out to be taken after all, and the order was not completed. You can order a different name. |
| Cancelled | This part of the order has been cancelled. |
