When someone shares a service with you

A customer can give you access to one domain, one web hosting account or one email service, for example because you're their web developer or IT consultant. You don't join the customer's company, and you only see what's been shared with you.

• If you don't already have a user with us, you get an invitation by email. Click the link, choose a name and password, and you're signed in. The link is valid for 14 days. If it has expired, ask the customer to send the invitation again.
• If you already have a user with us, you get access right away and an email about it.
