Can you help us move over from another provider?

Absolutely. Migrating from Google Workspace, older Exchange servers or other providers is one of the things we do most often. Email, calendars and files are moved over without bringing your workday to a halt.

Do we really need a partner for Microsoft 365?

You can certainly buy licenses yourself. But the difference shows in the setup – security policies, sharing, access control and Intune configuration make sure everything works as it should from day one. And you have someone to call when something isn't working.

What is Copilot, and is it worth it?

Copilot is Microsoft's AI assistant that lives inside Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook. It drafts text, summarizes meetings and analyzes data. Is it worth it? That depends on your workday – we'll help you find out.

Does it cost more to buy Microsoft 365 through Digiserv?

No – the licenses cost the same as buying directly from Microsoft. If you have a managed workstations agreement, Microsoft 365 support is included at no extra cost.
